我发现陈X希这9个月来对商联控股的事件所发表的每一篇文告，都千万百计的把商联控股和商联会会长 丹斯里钟廷森梆在一起，更莫名其妙的将钟廷森定位为商联控股的救星，要商联会入主商联控股，要钟廷森当UNICO的主席，好像没有钟廷森就没有商联控股。其实，陈X希一定要和丹斯里钟的大腿靠近，成为救命的最后一根稻草，否则由他所挑起的“商联控股事件”，只能表演独幕剧，那太没有意思了。旁观者确实不了解，商联会怎么会心甘情愿的被陈X希利用，甚至于钟廷森也默认有朝一日，可能有机会当上“主席”也说不定，因为他没有否认有这个意思。沉默就是默认，套句周芝简的话。

哈哈，一根稻草而已？加全马17个商联会属会会长和其他理事，这个是一大树稻草咧！
陈凯希如果能够有本事影响商联会这么多人，也算是他的本事，问题是他根本没做什么，只是讲了很多内幕，是真正有证据支持的内情。听到颜清文等很不安，要用法律封口令。
劝告颜清文等一句，若要人不知，除非己莫为，举头三尺有神明。
There is nothing wrong if William Cheng is appointed as the Chairman of Unico Holdings Bhd as it is the tradition that the President of ACCIM (in this case is William Cheng) is also the Chairman of Unico. Why this tradition is not adhered to? What Ngan Ching Wen did complied with all the laws of the country including insider trading etc but ETHICALLY, this is another issue for all of us to ponder.

There is nothing wrong who ever is the Chairman of Unico provided he can contribute positively to the development of Unico. As mentioned by some so claimed shareholders, the Chairman is the locomotive of the Compay. As we are aware, the President of ACCCIM changed quite frequently. Thus there will be a problem of continuity as the next President might not agree with the current President on the project undertaken or he might not be familiar with the business undertaken. In addition, if the President or the organisation nominated him do not own any substantial shares in the Company, do you think his suggestion will be respected or adhered to.
We need to understand, this is a commercial organisation though it outfit is painted with community enterprise, it still had to follow the rules of the game.
In addition, do you think somebody without interest in the Company, will devote all his times and effort in the Company. Of course there are but it is negligible few. Let's face it, all of us are human and not many people is selfless. Thus, it is still better for the organisation to be run by people with interest in it.
据我所知，五月十日的中央理事会并不是全部属会都有出席。所以，当时的议决，并不一定是17个属会同义的。
还有，从商联会那里得到消息，执行总秘书曾经发通函要求各属会各别发文告以向商联控股董事部施压力。庆幸的，各属会并没有依执行秘书的意见去做。
商联客，你不要害死你老板好吗？他在六月十日的记者招待会上说，他没有讲话，现在你却说，他揭露了很多内幕，不是自打嘴巴。小心哦，拍马屁拍到马屁股就不好玩？
呵呵，你們這些人，談商聯風波真可愛，就是頂多提起五月六月份的事件，其他的，例如商聯會長達半年的斡旋、1月6日的交流會、去年股東大會等等，全部不是選擇性失憶，就是一片空白。
說了一大堆，你們那裏可能抓到中心，不是顧左右而言他，就是在這裡的文章中挑論戰題目，
講囘你 罵陳凱希過去做董事不提商聯醜聞，就是證明你的無知愚苯。林源德擔任商聯控股董事主席時期，施行一項很特別懷隱議程的管理方法，就是成立一個核心董事管理委員會，五位成員包括南大幫的重要人物，美其名為方便打理和做出有效決策。
結果，其他排斥在外的衆多董事，他們當中有陳凱希以外的華社和商聯會正直領袖，他們做夢也想不到這個核心董事管理委員會大有用意，當然也無從知道内幕黑箱作業爲何。
所以，今天商聯控股醜聞水落石出，你該怪誰呢？怪吹哨揭發者不早行動嗎？

可能你不知道，那段时期你老板也是执行委员会委员。
其实华团有一个很可爱的地方，你做的不好，要你下台又要照顾你脆弱的心灵。
我猜测，由于这个原因，才成立管理委员会替代执行会员会。
所以，你的指责有商榷的地方。
